You may return full priced items within 30 days of delivery.

Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or promotion can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the same return conditions.

Refund or exchange conditions:

• Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Swimwear must have the original hygiene liner.
• Order confirmation is required.
• Exchanges must be for items of equal or higher value.
• No returns or exchanges on accessories, lingerie, underwear, earrings, or beauty/grooming products.
• Refunds and exchanges are processed only in the country of purchase and via the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, return it within 7 days for a full refund, including delivery, handling fees, and applicable taxes. Replacement or repair may be offered. Manufacturer warranties may apply to defective items.

• You can return and order in-store.

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Thank you for shopping with Majid Al Futtaim on behalf of Hollister. If you are not entirely satisfied with the purchase you have made, we are happy to refund or exchange your purchased items:

• Full-price items can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days from the purchase date.
• Sale/Discounted items can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days from the purchase date.
• Please retain your purchase receipt for any refund or exchange.
• Items must be unworn and maintained in their original condition upon purchase with original tags attached.
• No refund or exchange is available on underwear, swimwear, socks, jewellery, accessories, and lingerie.
• Refunds and exchanges will be processed only in the country of purchase and in the original payment mode.
• 15 days for exchange or refund will be offered in case of a manufacturing defect.

You can contact our call center at 8001240571 to cancel or partially cancel an order. Your order can be cancelled any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. After the cancellation is complete, you will receive a refund to the payment method in the country of purchase and in the original payment mode.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once your return is processed at our warehouse, your funds will be credited back to your original method of payment. You can expect to see this reflected on your statement within 7-10 business days.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DO NOT WANT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You can contact our toll-free number on 8001240571 to cancel or partial cancel an order. Your order can be canceled any time before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. After the cancellation is complete, you will receive a credit note for the same value of the returned items.
